If you enjoy Japanese cuisine then try Wasabi in Orange, CT. The food is always fresh and the service is amazing. It can be a bit pricey; however, they do accept coupons (find in local fliers). Even without coupons, it is well worth the money!!

Good food. Not the absolute best sushi in CT, but top 20%. Purchased during Covid and the restaurant had decent safety measures in place. Service is a bit curt but you're paying for take out food so I guess they're reprioritizing.

We love eating out. Last night we visited this superb place which friends recommended to us. We spent a delightful experience there with first-rate cooking and an efficient crew and a talented cuisine. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we will surely go again very soon. Highly recommended.

Oh Wasabi, how I love the. Let me count the ways. There is no better place for sushi in the area. The owners take pride in their food and service. They know their regulars by name and make you feel welcome. I genuinely feel like they are happy I am there. Kudos to Wasabi for getting it all right!

Miso Soup and Appetizer were amazing, sushi rolls however left a little to be desired as they were small and not rolled very well. If you don't like a lot of rice on your sushi roll than this may be for you. It was average quality to me. The place is clean and the fish were of good quality.

Wasabi is excellent for the quality of the food as well as the service. Presentation is first rate.

Wasabi is a quaint little place great for small parties intimate for two . workers are always polite food is excellent. I've never had a problem their prices are more than reasonable. You would not regret trying this place out.

Very fresh tasting. The rules were thinner around than I expected but the taste and sashimi were on point.

Got takeout from here and was pretty underwhelmed. Special roll was a sloppy mess, fish did not taste fresh, and asparagus in sushi was an odd choice. Willing to give benefit of the doubt that this place is better outside of quarantine time, but this visit didn't live up to the high ratings.

Came for lunch today with a friend and the overall experience was just ok. They do have good lunch specials but the quality of the sushi is just adequate. I got the spicy salmon roll, spicy tuna roll, and the pepper tuna roll. The spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll were both really mushy and the tempura flakes were not really mixed into it well. The sushi was literally falling apart and it was a struggle to keep it together.Service was kind of poor. We didn't get refills of our teas until the end when they came to clean our table.I have come previously for dinner with another friend and ordered 8 specialty rolls and it was a similar experience. The rolls were decent in size but the ratio of rice was much larger than the filling. So it definately fills you up but the quality of the fish is just alright.

I am a loyal customer and big fan of Wasabi’s sushi. The pink lady with brown rice is my go to. I highly recommend it. When in season I do soft shell crab roll. Some other rolls to try are spicy girl roll, Kamakazi roll, Summer roll, and peppered tuna roll. The steamed Shumai are the best. I want to have a shumai eating contest there so good. Most recently I have ordering the sashimi deluxe!!! I am enjoying it! If you have never been you have to go to Wasabi best around. Say hi to Grace at the front she nice and sweet and will get your order in fast. Longest I have ever waited was 15-20 minutes for my sushi. They have a great staff!

The sushi was incredibly fresh! Our waiter recommended a sake and the live scallop appetizer, both of which were delicious! It is nice and bright inside, nice decor. Would recommend!

The service and food here are great. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious with a good variety of sushi and cooked foods (e.g., teriyaki, gyoza, etc.). They don't have a full liquor bar but they do have beer and wine. The only thing negative about this place is the entrance to the plaza. It's just off a busy road so turning left into the plaza to get in, and trying to get out of the parking lot, is a pain.

This is a great place to get lunch in Orange, CT. The place is lively with a good atmosphere and the service is excellent. The food is fresh and delicious, and they have a good lunch special menu. They have a ton of innovative sushi roll options, as well as all of the classics. Their soup and salad is delicious, and the dressing is creamier than the usual Japanese restaurant ginger dressing. As a vegetarian, I tried the avocado peanut roll, the avocado mango roll, and the sweet potato roll. The sweet potato roll had hot sweet potato tempura inside of it and it was my favourite of the three rolls. The sushi had a little less rice than I would have liked, but some may view that as a positive. Overall, Wasabi has high quality sushi at a reasonable price, with good service and good lunch specials. I will definitely dine here again.

Hands down, Wasabi is the best sushi for the price around here. I am always thoroughly impressed by how accommodating they are toward food allergies, and the service is always impeccable. 10/10 Wasabi is my favorite sushi spot.

Easily one of my favorite sushi restaurant ever and my go-to from home. A great menu, kind staff and atmosphere make it my recommended spot. I would call ahead on Friday or Saturday night since they get busy, but it's worth the wait. Included in my photos was their special, the Green Dragon Roll. It was amazing!

This place used to have superb customer service and delicious food, however thing have changed for the worse. I’ve been disrespected by the girl at the front desk, she was extremely rude on the phone, despite the fact that I was spending a large sum of money. Moreover, the food was gross, my chicken was unbelievable dry and had an horrid smell to it, the vegetables were overly saturated with whatever sauce they use. I could eat any of it nor could my wife. We will not be returning and if you would like to refund me please reply, however I have a strong sense you don’t care.
